Organising a successful meeting, conference or any other event requires a great deal of attention. Our staff is readily available to meet your requirement for a successful outcome.

At Golden Tulip Vivaldi we run a range of services for both conferences and functions ranging from seminars to full blown sit down conferences for up to 280 people in theatre style.

We have five meeting rooms, two of which are syndicate rooms, and three conference rooms, which could be brought together to form a large suite.

The Opera and Concerto syndicate rooms are ideal for board meetings or training seminars.

The Sonata suite can be partitioned into three individual conference rooms all with their own entrance and door to the courtyard where, weather permitting, we serve anything from a coffee break to a full blown gala dinner.

Secretarial and business services are also available. There is also a vast array of audio visual equipment to service most needs of conference organisers.

The hotel prides itself in hosting national and international conferences by major local and international companies, business lunches, family receptions, weddings, and various types of exhibitions, even transforming our rooms into an art gallery.
